Eve mediates a wide range of civil and commercial disputes alongside her role in running and managing E&P Legal Ltd. With a background as a Change Leader and a Communications and Engagement Specialist, Eve has a particular interest in disputes involving debt recovery, contracts, property and real estate, family businesses, and those with complex partnership or shareholder dynamics.

She represents E&P Legal Ltd as a lead mediator. She is a member of The Civil Mediation Council and the Singapore International Mediation Institute.

Driven by her Big Hairy Audacious Goal of seeing a world without conflict, Eve began her career in the civil and commercial mediation field, developing expertise in advising clients on conflict resolution strategies for business continuity.

Her skills as a Change Leader and communications specialist have proven invaluable in navigating the intricate landscape of alternative dispute resolution and debt recovery in both business- to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) contexts.

She has since gained extensive experience in mediation, focusing on contracts and commercial disputes whilst fostering harmony in family businesses as well as shareholder/partnership dynamics.
